These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the X KABADDI SCORE scoring platform, tournament workspace, and mobile application provided by X KABADDI (https://score.xkabaddi.com).

By creating an account, operating a scoring console, or accessing our live overlays, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Core Commitment: X KABADDI SCORE provides free, professional smart scoreboards to promote kabaddi sports at the grassroots and professional levels. We strictly prohibit fraudulent match score manipulation, abusive broadcasts, and unauthorized tampering with tournament results.

1. User Accounts & Scorer Responsibility

Authentication: You must authenticate using your own valid Google or authorized credentials. Sharing accounts or creating fraudulent accounts is prohibited.
Scorer Integrity: Scorers are responsible for the factual accuracy of recorded match events (raid points, tackle points, super tackles, and cards). Fraudulent or intentional manipulation of official scores is grounds for immediate account suspension and tournament invalidation.
Match Authorization: Every match console is strictly restricted to its tournament owner and designated scorers. Unauthorized attempts to alter an active match console are audited and blocked by the server.

2. Tournament Management & Team Rosters

Organizers represent and warrant that they possess legitimate authority to host the registered tournaments and publish squad names, logos, and notice circulars.
Uploaded notice circulars and team graphics must not violate intellectual property rights or contain unlawful content.

3. OBS Overlays & Live Streaming License

Grant of License: X KABADDI grants registered organizers a free, revocable, non-exclusive license to embed tokenized transparent scoreboard overlays into live streaming software (e.g. OBS Studio, vMix, Wirecast) for YouTube, Facebook, Twitch, and local broadcast distribution.
Prohibited Overlay Alterations: You may not reverse-engineer, strip attribution, or inject harmful scripts into the overlay URL.

4. Live Studio & YouTube Broadcasting

Broadcasting via the mobile Live Studio directly to YouTube requires separate administrative KYC verification. Broadcasters agree to:

Comply with YouTube Community Guidelines and Terms of Service.
Not broadcast unauthorized music, copyrighted third-party video, or defamatory content during live kabaddi matches.
Ensure a stable network connection (recommended minimum 5 Mbps upstream for 720p 30fps H.264 transmission).

5. Service Availability & Latency

While our real-time infrastructure targets sub-500ms score propagation, actual network latency may vary based on local cellular network conditions, Wi-Fi stability, and cloud transport. X KABADDI provides the service on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

6. Account Termination & Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to any user who violates these Terms, abuses scoring consoles, attempts denial-of-service exploits, or engages in unsportsmanlike match manipulation.
