Welcome to X KABADDI SCORE ("we", "our", or "the Platform"), an official sports scoring, tournament workspace, and broadcast technology platform operated by X KABADDI (available via website at https://score.xkabaddi.com and mobile application on Google Play).

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your personal information when you use our mobile application and scoring portal. We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of all users, scorers, tournament organizers, and sports participants.

Summary for Google Play Store & Broadcasters: We do NOT sell user data or transmit sensitive personal information to third parties. Device camera and microphone access are requested exclusively for authorized users of our Live Studio feature to stream kabaddi matches directly to YouTube with scoreboard compositing. Free smart scoreboards do NOT require KYC or camera access.

1. Information We Collect

A. Information You Provide Directly

Account Authentication: When you sign in via Google Sign-In or authorized email, we receive your name, email address, profile photo, and a unique user ID to securely manage your tournament ownership and match scoring privileges.
Tournament & Squad Information: Tournament names, dates, venues, age categories, rules, circular notices, team rosters, player jersey numbers, and player names submitted by organizers.
Scoring Actions & Match Data: Timestamped scoring events (raid points, tackle points, bonus points, super tackles, all-outs, empty raids, substitutions, and cards).

B. Automatically Collected Information

Device & Network Data: IP address, browser type, operating system version, and general network latency metrics to ensure sub-500ms real-time synchronization of match scores.
Session & Authentication Cookies: Wildcard session cookies (.xkabaddi.com) used strictly for single sign-on security and match-level authorization.

2. Device Permissions (Mobile App)

Our mobile application may request the following permissions depending on the features you use:

Camera Permission (android.permission.CAMERA): Used only if you access the optional Live Studio broadcasting feature to capture live video of the match for RTMP streaming to YouTube. The camera feed is transmitted live to your chosen broadcast destination and is never covertly recorded or stored on private servers.
Microphone Permission (android.permission.RECORD_AUDIO): Used only in conjunction with the Live Studio broadcast to transmit live match commentary and stadium ambient sound.
Storage / Media Images: Used to allow tournament organizers to select and upload tournament banners, team logos, and circular notice PDF/photo previews.

3. How We Use Your Information

We process collected data for the following legitimate purposes:

To operate, calculate, and synchronize live kabaddi scores across the scoring console, public scoreboard overlays, and viewer apps.
To generate official tournament brackets, fixtures, and league standings.
To enforce scorer authorization, preventing unauthorized tampering with tournament match results.
To deliver transparent, real-time OBS overlays for live esports and sports streaming.
To maintain an immutable, turn-by-turn audit history of official match scoring decisions.

4. Public Sports Data Disclosure

Kabaddi is a competitive public sport. The following match data is publicly visible to fans, players, and spectators without requiring authentication:

Team names, tournament fixtures, and tournament banners.
Live scoreboards, raid clocks, and match results.
Public player statistics (e.g. raid points scored, super tackles executed).
Read-only transparent OBS broadcast overlays via tokenized URLs.

Private account details (such as your personal email, phone number, and KYC documents) are never exposed to the public.

5. Data Security & Storage

All network communication between your device, the scoring console, and our database is encrypted using industry-standard TLS 1.3 / HTTPS encryption. Access to server consoles and scoring databases is strictly isolated using role-based access controls and hashed authentication tokens.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You have the full right to access, export, or permanently delete your account and associated tournament data at any time under GDPR, CCPA, and Indian Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) standards:

Delete Tournament Data: Tournament creators can delete their created matches and tournaments directly from the Tournament Management Workspace.
Account Deletion Request: You can submit an account and personal data deletion request by emailing [email protected] with the subject "Data Deletion Request". All personal identifiers will be permanently expunged within 30 days.

7. Children's Privacy

Our services are intended for general sports audiences, tournament organizers, and student-athletes. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13 without verifiable parental or school/organizer authorization.
